Two drives on successive days over the Wicklow Gap near Glenalough.  Top-down sunny one day,  heater-up snowy on the other.   In reverse order to suit the music, which I added later.  It's supposed to sound like it's from the car radio.

This was made last May, and has over 7,000 views just from You Tube exposure alone...
The landing footage was taken with my smartphone pressed up against the porthole, so getting that part shake-free wasn't an option. I would apply a Mercali filter now to improve the phone footage - but then again, it is what it is.  The rest of the video was taken with my Canon DSLR.

Don' t be put off by Cliff Richard at the start... he doesn't last long.

Footage from a rather nippy Berlin in November.  As  many landmarks as you can see in two days, plus lots of interest for those who like cars and very large Airfix models like the one above.

Short video, Phoenix Park, Dublin, July 2015.

This one's an instructional video on how to create masks and produce a "double" effect.  I decided to give the finished product (which you see at the start) a vintage feel, like a silent movie.   I'm in it (cringe) because the Missus wouldn't play the diva role for once...

My knowledge of chess extends only to which direction the pieces move... and even then I have to make a supreme effort to recall which squares the knight and bishop start on.   Also, any time I did play the game, nobody ever made such obligingly awful moves as you will see here.

I thought it would make a good "stop-motion" animation though.

Made in December 2014, this video shows a quite amazing building, straddling Leixlip and Celbridge, called The Wonderful Barn.
